The VSC-N530A GPS by Visco is a clone of the Holux GPSmile 52+. Or at the very least, a damn fine copy. ;-)
Note the the called Holuxshell in the residentflash directories:

VSC-N530A Holux

Visco offers map files to registered GPS owners on their website.  Its going to take me 72 hours of straight downloading on dialup just to recieve them.  If anyone out there has access to the files could they find out if the maps include Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

I downloaded the maps and they were older that whaty was already installed. Maps are over 5 years old for sure. My street is not even listed.

Thanks Pete for checking it out. Its too bad that the maps were so old. One would think that the maps would be updated not some old ones. I guess we get what we pay for.
