I’ve been busy the past two weeks. I’m back in school, full time, in Central New Mexico Community College’s Radiographer program. So I have not been feeling like going out to take photos. Thankfully Mother Nature rarely fails to give me something at home to take a photo of. Today It was a pleasant sunset with interesting cloud formations.And yes, there is that tree again. I can’t help it if I love the tree and it’s limbs.

January 21 2009 Sunset

I need a wee bit of help. Someone is hot linking my “Multible Delosperma floribundum” photograph (seen below). I’d just like to know where its posted. Since its a direct hotlink, I can’t get backlink stats from my accounts on Statcounter or Google Analytics. Currently I can’t afford a Smugmug pro account, so adding a watermark to the photo is not an option. I could block forum sharing, but I would rather people be able to see the photo. I just want a way for viewers to follow a link to my photo site where it is hosted (Mountainfort.com).  If anyone has seen this photo posted some place on the internet, please contact me.

Took this photo on my birthday with the ole Hoya R72 Filter on.  Oh I suppose I could of shot it normaly, since there is nothing “cool” about the photo.  But what the heck, it was my birthday; a perfect time to mess around.  If one looks at the exif info, they will see that I stood around for 30 seconds.  People are already giving me s*** about birthday #30 that is just around the corner, but the heck with that. I’m going to enjoy the 29th year to its fullest. I had a pretty darn good 28(thanks Jeff and Ashley for dragging me to Indiana for Codename Thunder), and I can only improve. 

Happy New Year. This photo was taken less than two hours into the new year by a very bored me. I was up, and it(the weather) was frigid out and I was getting silly ideas. I’m lucky I did not fry my sunpak 522 flash with the recorded sequence of flashes.
